I always find River Island to be pretty hit-and-miss in the style stakes, but I have been really impressed by their recent collections. Stand out pieces include this amazing folk style cotton top with gorgeous bright embroidery and super cute pom-poms, as well as wardrobe staples like this chic take on a white shirt - both of which work perfectly with their high waisted jeans or leather look trousers. They're also excellent value for money, with the detailed pom-pom top costing a wallet friendly £25 - perfect for freshening up your wardrobe.
