Finally, time for some sun!

First and foremost, I apologise for my serious lack of posts
lately. However, we have finally been on holiday! After sorting through my
clothes countless times with the help of hundreds of lists, I managed to pack a
weeks worth of clothes – although it looks like a tad more than a weeks worth I
have to say. One of my favourite things about going on holiday, other than
packing/list making, is going to the airport. I have a weird sort of love for
airports; there’s something about the promise of sun, sea and sand just around
the corner that makes the atmosphere in the entire terminal one of
anticipation, and I love nothing more than to find a little table, sit with my
latte and watch the hoards of people bustling past. People watching is always a
favourite hobby of mine, so people watching in the airport itself is like a
match made in heaven! Guessing where people are going, watching the women get
stressed as there husbands stride off to find the shortest line or a table in
Starbucks while they’re left struggling to keep up or people hobbling along in
a rush attempting to put there shoes back on after security never gets old. Although
I am not a huge fan of flying, the idea of not going on holiday is unthinkable
so I fill my time with magazines and food in preparation for a gorgeous week
away. I will post pictures and updates over the next few days to rub it in just
that little bit more, enjoy! ;)
