Sunshine and Cocktails

There is no better way to celebrate this amazing sunny weather than with a gorgeous cocktail or 2, so thats precisely what I decided to indulge in yesterday. Turtle Bay in Southampton make some amazing cocktail creations, including the one I had which included vodka, passoa, fresh strawberries, mint and apple juice - it was so good!
So this morning I decided to look up some yummy cocktail recipes to try out at home, especially some of the concoctions involving Pimms from their cool summer party themed website, which you should all definitely check out.
From the classic sex on the beach to a twist on the bellini, treat yourselves to one of your favourites to celebrate this glorious sunshine while its here!
