SAG Awards - Who Wore What?

I love awards ceremonies for one reason - the dresses. Watching everyone all glammed up in gorgeous gowns keeps me entertained for days, from cooing over the beauties to giggling at the not so successful outfit choices. As expected, the SAG Awards did not let me down. Here are a few of my favourite outfits, and a few of the less flattering options.

These dresses were some of my favourites, perfectly balancing exquisite embellishments, beautiful cuts, drapery and simplicity to create a visually stunning final aesthetic. The incredible simplicity of Michelle Dockerys vintage gown is a triumph, focusing entirely on the drape and subtle sexy cut outs - creating a chic and effortless look.

These, however, were some of the least successful outfits. Jane Lynch chose a dress that was far too young for her, while Amber Rileys dress was closer to a Halloween outfit than award winning gown. Although Jamie Alexander looked stunning, the OTT ruching and cheap looking material caused her to flop in the style stakes.
